- Initial Consultation (up to 45mins) no charge
- This initial consultation is an opportunity to:
- An obligation-free discussion to understand your situation, clarify your objectives, and discuss how JMX Solutions may be able to assist.
- This consultation is intended to scope the matter and outline possible next steps. Any further advice, recommendations or involvement is provided under a separate engagement.
- Service timeframes
- Each client, conflict and individual circumstances are unique. Everyone has a right to be heard, which means the time and resources required to resolve disputes will vary depending on several factors:
- • Complexity: More intricate conflicts or larger, more involved projects typically require more time, resources, and expertise.
- • Parties Involved: Complaints, mediation or facilitation that involves multiple parties can increase the scope of service.
- • Customisation: Tailored services (such as the Single Point of Contact Service) require a more in-depth understanding of your needs and often involve more personalised planning and execution.
- I aim to be as transparent as possible about pricing, payment options and timeframes. I provide regular progress reports and always discuss fees and services in detail before starting any work, ensuring you understand the value of the service being provided.
- For consultation and services outside the packages below, my standard consultation rate is $250 + GST per hour.
- JMX Solutions is registered for GST. All prices listed are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
Discounted Rates
If you have concerns about costs, please don't hesitiate to ask about 'special rates'. I am committed to serving everyone who is seeking support to manage conflicts.
Payment Terms
All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed terms, which will be outlined during your service discussions.
